This petite gem sits on a ridge overlooking beautiful vineyards, orchards and Lake Okanagan in Vernon, British Columbia.   Paying homage to the homeowner’s Alberta roots, a large print of an Alberta grainery and a vintage print of curlers on the Banff Overflow were placed on the main floor.   The scale of the art is balanced by the oversized reclaimed wood dining table and oversized kilim ottoman in the adjoining family room.  The fireplace and feature wall in the en-suite bath are clad in rustic plank hardwood.  Luxurious textures complete the bonus room.  A blue velvet sofa, weathered leather chair, custom live edge walnut coffee table and woven textiles create a rustic yet elegant décor.  So many hidden treasures abound!
